He advises Swiss and foreign companies, especially in the fields of energy, trading and raw materials. His expertise concerns in particular the countries of the CIS, Middle East and China. He also assists companies in commercial disputes before State or Arbitration courts.

In addition, Claude-Alain Boillat has been advising and representing private clients (HNWIs) and their families for many years in connection with their private affairs, including wealth administration and structuring, art collections, registration and management of yachts/aircrafts, relocation to Switzerland, as well as the establishment and administration of dedicated structures, including family offices.
